We’re looking for a talented Senior Frontend Developer to help shape the future of Nex CRM. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and product teams to build high-quality, scalable, and visually refined interfaces. If you care about clean design, performance, and delivering a seamless user experience, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do


  • Develop high-performance, responsive UI components using modern frontend technologies

  • Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready screens

  • Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow

  • Improve platform usability with thoughtful interactions, animations, and micro-details

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

  • Optimize the application for speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness

  • Identify UI/UX issues and propose better solutions to improve user experience

  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and help define our frontend standards


What We’re Looking For


  • 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development

  • Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and component-based architecture

  • Solid understanding of API integration and modern state management

  • Experience building dashboards, SaaS applications, or complex UI systems

  • Strong eye for design, attention to detail, and understanding of user experience principles

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

  • Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset


Nice to Have


  • Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)

  • Knowledge of performance profiling tools

  • Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, Turborepo)

  • Backend experience with Node.js is a plus

  • Contributions to open-source projects
